Title basically explains it, I'm looking for those kinds of novels, one type being cultivators in modern times, another where for example a VR game starts out as just that but, boom, you can suddenly do magic irl, or it's tied to reality, that sort of thing.

Or something similar, doesn't have to be a rrl novel either, any suggestions welcome!
