looking for an old? story that I have read and could use some assistance

As stated i'm looking for an old story that I had previously read. The story involves mass summoning of heroes and a single god get's mixed in, (don't know how) regardless after the whole king's speech the god just goes fishing.
(It may also involve a sword that doesn't shut up locked in a room under time dilation with hell's denizens)
also I appreciate any help regardless whether you know or not and thank you for at least looking at the request
