Spoiler tag and bluescreen

How can I create a hide and show spoiler for my story? and how the heck could I create the blue screen thingy in my story?!

The blue screen is called tables, the spoilers are spoilers. You can either make or use them on gdoc (the tables) or use
code or for spoiler it would be . Don't add the , I was using it so you wouldn't make them in this text box.
