Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu has the MC going back to a point in time (like a load save) every time he is killed or something.

The protagonist of my story (Time & Tied) has time powers. No game elements though, it's a "present day" (contemporary) high school story, leaning more towards intrigue (the character doesn't even realize she has time powers until later on in the narrative). Though it is pre-written, thus updating daily as I do edits, so points for consistency, maybe.

Outside of reading, the Season 2 episode of "The Librarians" called "And the Point of Salvation" sounds like it would be up your alley for time/game elements.
