Looking for a story I read here some time a go. Tried finding it with search, or a related post in this sub-forum, but came up with nothing.

That I remember is that some guy wakes up in a forest looking at his female self that is looking at his male self. Somehow he is in two bodies at the same time, able to control both of them with little to no problem.

The part below this I'm a bit unsure of if I mix the story I'm looking for and some others.

The female travels to a town and ends up in a castle since she caught the eye of a noble (possible prince) that was traveling on a road.
The male travels further in the forest, trains martial arts from a rock(?). Finds some people and enters a dungeon.
