When I want to add a spoiler in my story I can control the text to go inside the 'show' button through the source.



But I can't control the text that goes inside the button after clicking it. The text automatically gets changed to 'Hide'. Furthermore, after I click the button a second time the text gets changed to 'Show' again. Basically I wish you could control the text inside the spoiler button before and after clicking it.
