Hello,
i cant remember the title of an story i was reading before.
Sadly i am not even sure if it was on RRL , Naruto fanfic or NU.

Some things i remember about the story:
it was in the Naruto universe at the time that Uzushiogakure was still standing and Kushina was just a childit was an male protagonist
i think he was reincarnated
he used the seals to build high tec weapons ( drones , blaster ,dropt some stuff out of orbit...)he was able to use the chakra chains
he became the kyuubi's jinchuuriki i think he later got a maid / servant or something
he later got send of to Konoha
