Looking for anti-hero-lead vrmmorpg titel

Hey Guys
Im looking for a novel about a guy from some kind of mafia family playing a new vrmmorpg as a kind of draconian i think.
He makes drugs and stuff and is a really fucking badass asshole of doom.
I know that he takes over some kind of underground organisation in an inn i think.
There is also a sidecharacter playing as the "worst" race that cant see and shit but he uses qi or something to counter the bad things.
Anyone know what novel that is?
It should be on royalroad i think.
