Any tips on how to improve your artwork? I've looked up tutorials but basically, all they tell me to do is to continue drawing? I have a huge problem with the head shape and I keep getting fixated on it...  Today's my 2nd-day using fire alpaca, originally my Wacom was for osu!... so...

I find it pretty embarrassing sharing this drawing because it looks like shit but I really want to improve my sketches!

There is no secret, really. In order to improve, you just need to keep practicing.
In your case, you already know your flaws, so you will be able to focus on them until you get better. If you want some encouragement, I don't find the head shape of your character that distrubing. Actually, if you hadn't pointed it out, I probably wouldn't even have noticed it. So, it's good to work on your weaknesses, but don't be too fixated on them either :p
However, if that really bothers you, then you should practice drawing different angles, like this:
