I recommend this book : The soldier of the death. Because the story starts in the modern age and he travels to different places. Also he isn't too op, only immortal at the moment. Also he uses guns and all that. The bad thing is the reincarnation and that its horror.

It's a Sci-Fi with a tween female MC whose powers are based on high tech. She's pretty strong because of said tech, but her enemies also have very strong weapons and she gets close to death a few times

The criminal part... well, she's a nice kid, but most in universe characters would consider her something similar to a Nazi due to her heritage.

There's two guys guys she fancies and a female android she's very close to (kissing close)

Revenge might feature on the next book.
