I keep getting an error page whenever I post a chapter

When I post a chapter, I just keep getting redirected to an error page.
It says Error 500 - Oops! Something went wrong. We are trying to fix it.
Whenever I click the create support ticket, it's still directing me to the error page.
This only happens in the fiction. I posted this chapter on another fiction that im working on and it worked.
please help

Please submit a support ticket with relevant information (screenshot/pastebin) so it can be looked into.

Use internet explorer. Google chrome and firefox has this thing for error pages.
(also clear cache might help %temp% search that and delete everything, Ccleaner might help out or use clear cache addon from google chrome or firefox)

I've used internet explorer but it still keeps redirecting me to the error page. I also cleared everything in my browser but still none.
I've accessed the create support ticket and I guess I'll just wait..
Edit: Sorry, It's now fixed. The (< and >) were making it error somehow..
I'm not really familiar with the site yet, but thanks for all your help!
