When you say genius, do you mean extreme cultivation talent, someone who has a huge anvantage in cultivation (such as reincarnation knowledge), someone who has a huge advantage in a side-field (such as genius alchemist), or someone whos behavier is very inteligent.
The novels tend to only support a subset of those possibilities, so you will have to specify it.

You should also remember that cultivation novels tend to scale things up, so if someone is a freak of nature genius, then they end up on a scale where there are other freaks of natures.

Desolate Era - his advantage increases his effective talent over time, but generally he is a genius at practically all stages of the story I have read (up to around volume 18 or so). IET scales things up fast though, so it is not overly so.
Upgrade Specialist in Another World - his advantage makes him coltivate very fast (as a side effect), though it slows down some later on, probably because he would have outscoped the story too fast otherwise. For story reasons he does think his training speed is not so impressive himself.
Heavenly Jewel Change - Mostly in the quaility of cultivation (and he is rediculessly ahead here), while his comparable high speed is partly due to the rediculess technique he uses (which is pratically suicidal for all but people with rediculess talents like him).
Ancient Godly Monarch - hijacked by QI. The MC has better talent than anyone we meet in at least the first 400 chapters. The practical advantage is not as large in the story as usual though.
Invincible - High talent, and lots of advantages fall into the MC's lap. Sadly he is not so sympathethic, and the story quality is mediocre (compared to other xianxias on the same site).

The last 2 are the ones that fit most into this category. Martial God Asura probably also belong in there, though it is kind of artificial and not at all in the standard type of talent (more like unortodox cultivation speed limits), and the MC is quite unlikeable (he behaves very irrisponsable and makes enemies left and right becomes of his bad behavior, with many horrible concequences following).
Please say if you were looking for something sligtly different. Sadly most of the pure "extreme talent" MCs I have read have not been all that nice reads, possibly because the better authors came up with more creative advantages for their MCs.
