I'm a abit confused here. I see a mix of how it's done by different authors. Some windows appears after unlocking it, stating some background info+some kind of "vague" objective and the requirements to unlock this specific quest.

Others has the window pop up when they are granted the quest after some conversation. Info where to find those items or how to do those tasks, and show quest requirements what needs to be done to actually finish the quest.

Is it okay to mix them up in a fiction? Which kind of quest window do you prefer?
