Hello have found a proofreader for my story.
Can i allow him to edit the story ? If yes how?

Well the easiest way is by using google docs.
Just open a google document and change the settings to allow editing. This way he can even watch while you write and give pointers or show you mistakes that you usually make while writing. All you have to do is send him the link to it.
At Scribble we change the settings to only allow comments so that we can learn from our mistakes. We usually have a set day in the week where we get together(not in person, but over Skype) and share these docs so that we can learn from each other. We are currently busy with an RP for the same purpose. Please check out our forum if you want to learn more. Please note we do not edit each others work, this goes against what we are trying to achieve. The link is in my signature.
I believe anyone is allowed to have an editor. It is just good etiquette to mention this editor in the chapters you post, give them some credit after all they did go through a lot of trouble to edit it for you. You can use a small caption like Edited by:whoever it is.
