Polls at the bottom of the page?

Is there any way we can choose to have a poll appear under a chapter instead of over it? That way the reader knows what the options are for instead of having to read, scroll up, and choose an option.

I think the position is fixed.
I believe it's because some people tend to ignore anything below the last sentence of a chapter, so a poll on the top would be more 'visible' so to speak.
I'll go bother kana to see if anything can be changed.
