Could you please specify to what extend you mean non-human, do you mean strictly speaking the race being a human or do elves and other human-like beings count? Many stories are with a sort of twist (cause being human in a fantasy world is boring ;) ) Or do you mean that you don't want monsters-mc's like vampires, demons, ... I mentioned those that I know off anyway, hope you find something to your liking.
