Fiction publishing (Amazon Affiliation question)

#1
As someone who has never published their stories on sites such as amazon, I am curious as to what the base requirements are.

I'd guess grammar and sufficient interest in the story, but what do I know? So I thought I'd ask here.

What are there requirements, if there is any?
The wolf is always hunting, whether through the forest alongside its pack...
Or as it slumbers, awaiting the enemy's attack.

I don't actually think there are specific requirements, content-wise, to be published on Amazon.

There are no requirements at all, in fact, there are scammers just posting random gibberish and using methods that I won't talk about because they're against the TOS, to fake buys/reads and earn tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars a day.

I thought the Amazon Affiliate program was an advertising thing. It’s not for publishing.

If you’re asking about publishing via something like their Kindle Unlimited program, where people actually buy your book, I believe there isn’t content review requirements or anything, but I do know there are requirements for what you are allowed to do with your story, like you must agree not to give out free copies or post your story in other places for a certain period. It’s one reason why RRL allows you to remove your stories entirely from here.

This is just a layman’s understanding though. You’d be better off just googleing it; they’re pretty clear on their terms afaik.
