Hey, I'd just like to plug Writing Excuses, a podcast by Brandon Sanderson, Howard Tayler, Dan Wells and Marie Robinette Kowal. You may or may not recognise their names, but they're all established writers who have a great deal of expertise and knowledge on the subject of writing. Each podcast is about 15 minutes long and covers a different topic so you can hop in anywhere, and I've found that their advice is really helpful.

Agree, Writing Excuses is a great resource for writers. But beware of the dangers of binging this stuff.
