The MC started off as a homeless guy and as his last act he saves a kid from being shot during a bank robbery. Then he gets reborn as a little lizardman but he ends up killing and eating the people who raised him. He becomes a slave and forced to fight in an Arena for the profit of his master. He goes through a few transformations before he looks half dragon half man. He has no problem eating people or starting fights.

He ends up meeting a demon and a succubus and they form a team to rescue a witch (who was the draconian's teacher) that was captured by the holy empire. Not sure if this series is on hiatus. It wasn't on RRL.

Thanks for helping with that. It appears that its in the rewrite stage and all the old content was taken off. Hopefully the author continues since it appears to be on a short hiatus for the last few months
