April Fool's Day Serial Swap

#1
Wondering how to get new people to see your serial? Here's one way:

Every year people in the  http://webfictionguide.com forums run an April Fool's day swap where the update that goes up is not the regularly scheduled update. Instead, it's a fake update written by a fellow serial author. Everyone gets a link to their own serial from the serial they wrote for as well as a link on the list of all the serials that got swapped.

Thanks for posting it Jim!  Hello all, I am the organizer of this little to-do.  The more the merrier, and I hope that some of the writers here join in, and let us help share audiences between serial platforms!

Just to chime in, I've participated the last couple years... they're good people, it's good fun. And you not only get people checking your stuff out, you get to stretch yourself by trying to write an entry using the universe of someone else. Can give you a new perspective on your own work.
